Executive Director – Nick Parr

Nick joined Virtus in January 2013 as the organisations first Executive Director and is responsible for operational and strategic management.
He previously held a national role in sport for athletes with an intellectual disability in England and has also served on the Executive Committee of Virtus Europe.

Sport and Development Manager – Emma Foden

Emma joined Virtus in April 2020 in the new role of Sport and Development Manager. She has extensive experience in the para-sport world over more than 20 years and has also worked in sports science, sports performance and sports therapy roles after completing her Phd in Applied Sport and Exercise Science in 2018.

Communications Intern – Mousumi Mazumdar

Mousumi joined Virtus in April 2020 as an intern assisting with our social media, newsletter and website updates. She first supported Virtus during her Masters degree in 2018 - attending the European Summer Games in Paris and has since attended numerous events including the 2019 Global Games.

Chief Marketing and Development Officer – Greg Dunk

Greg has been working with the management team since April 2020 in a consultancy role helping Virtus to continue to build awareness and strengthen its brand and to develop new partnerships.  He was previously the General Manager of the Local Organising Committee of the 2019 Global Games.

Over a career spanning 30 years Greg has held a number of executive roles in events, marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement across the globe working for a range of private, public and not for profit sector organisations.
